Wrong Studs / Footing problems / Sickness

Kathleen here. Stan has not been feeling well for awhile and we found out why this morning -- pneumonia. As many of you know, Stan was seriously ill with pneumonia in 1988. The doctor is keeping a close eye on him. The next 48 hours will determine if he needs to go to the hospital or if the medicine will knock this out. What a weekend! Now on to the house. I went out to the property and discovered the wrong studs had been installed and some of the inside footings were incorrectly placed. A quick e-mail to the builder today and all is promised to be fixed. I wish Stan was well so that he could handle this.
